Now Booking for the 2018 20th Anniversary Ride!
The 2018 Ride to Rendezvous will be held from May 7-11. The 2018 ride will include horseback riders and teamsters. You are welcome to bring your own horse or wagon, each teamster may bring either a teamster assistant or an outrider. You may rent an outfitter horse or or an outfitter provided wagon. You are invited to ride with the Washington Outfitters & Guides as they travel through the Methow Valley.
We will be gathering at the first night’s camp spot (to be determined) and then taking rigs to the Methow Valley Rodeo Grounds on Monday, May 7th. We will leave our rigs at the rodeo grounds. A shuttle will take us back to the first night’s camp spot in time for dinner at 6:30pm. Camp orientation and campfire will follow supper. We will begin riding on Tuesday morning at 9:00 am, after a hearty cowboy breakfast and move up valley towards our final destination, the annual ‘49ers Celebration and Packer's Rendezvous in Winthrop. You are invited to join us during that weekend to help us celebrate our 30th Packer's Rendezvous Anniversary.
WOGA provides: A great experience! Nightly campfire entertainment, horse hay, as well as fantastic people food, starting with dinner on Monday evening, 3 meals a day ending with breakfast & lunch on Friday, 12 meals total.
Educational opportunities: In history, packing, camp cooking, driving a team and setting up an outfitter tent.
Cost Per Person: (Prices good thru December 2017)
- $400.....Teamster (Bringing own team and wagon). Teamster please make arrangements for own assistant or outrider.
- $400.....Teamster Assistant or Outrider (one per wagon) is required to stay with wagon and be able to control team in teamster's absence!
- $600......Rider with own mount.
- $600 plus....(if renting outfitter horse.)
- $600...Passenger in W.O.G.A. Wagon

PLEASE, NO FIREARMS, PETS, DOGS OR STALLIONS!
RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made in advance and are based on availability of space. Confirmation is made at the time of deposit (or payment in full) is received.
RENTAL HORSES: Please contact the office for information and availability of rental horses.
DEPOSITS: We require a deposit of $100.00 per person when the reservation is made.
CANCELLATIONS: To receive a refund cancellations must be made by April 1. The uniqueness of our event (with no chance of "drop in" guests) require us to retain $100.00 per person (for paper work) when a cancellation is made. No refunds will be made after April 1.
PAYMENT: We accept payment by either cash (US currency), personal check (US bank), Credit cards (VISA/Master cards only), Cashier's check, or U.S. Postal or other money order. These are payable to: Washington Outfitters and Guides Association or WOGA.
